ClaimWizard alternative for public adjusters: ClaimCompass vs ClaimWizard

Last checked November 4, 2026

ClaimWizard lists plans from $99 a month for a single adjuster with no staff, and from $250 a month for a firm with up to 3 licenses. ClaimCompass prices by person: a $24 firm fee plus $25 to $50 per person for the first 10 people, with every feature on every tier, a free client portal and no per-claim fees. If you are moving from ClaimWizard, you can import a CSV or Excel export yourself, or send it to us and we do the move.

What is ClaimWizard?

ClaimWizard's homepage describes it as a claim workflow solution for public adjusting companies. Its pages list custom document templates, workflow automation, configurable dashboards and reporting, task and deadline tools, claim settlement tracking and an AI product called WizAI. Its About page says it is a technology company and does not compete with its public adjuster clients.

How do ClaimCompass and ClaimWizard compare?

The ClaimWizard column is what its own public pages said on November 4, 2026. Where we could not confirm something, we say so or leave it out. Prices are list prices in US dollars, exclude tax and may change. Plans include different things, so compare features as well as totals, and check each vendor's site before you decide.

What does switching from ClaimWizard look like?

Import a CSV or Excel export yourself with Claims, Import: it reads your column headers, pre-fills the mapping and shows what will be created before anything is written. Or send the export to the team and they migrate your claims, contacts and documents for free, usually in under a week. Your claim numbers are kept, and you keep working in your current system until you decide to switch. See the migration page for what comes over.
