Import it yourself, in minutes
Settings → Data → Import & export takes a CSV or Excel export from PACMAN, ClaimWizard, or a spreadsheet. It reads your column headers and pre-fills the mapping, you confirm it, and you see exactly what will be created — row by row, with anything questionable flagged — before a single record exists. Nothing is written until you say go.
What comes over
Claims with their policyholder, loss address, and policy terms; your contact directory; and historical notes, deadlines, and key dates, attached to the right claims by claim number. Your existing claim numbers are preserved, so the file you have always called 2024-1043 is still 2024-1043.
Rows that need a second look
A blank date or a status we do not recognize does not stop the import. Those rows are set aside with the reason, and you can download just them as a spreadsheet, fix them, and bring them in — or import them, fix the rest, and retry what did not land.
Or hand it to us
Send us your export and we do it for you, including document history and anything that needs untangling first. Most firms are fully moved in under a week, and you keep working in your current system until the day you decide to switch over.
What it costs
Nothing, either way. Migration is included on every plan, at any firm size — there is no onboarding fee and no professional-services line item.
