Claim Compass CRM – Terms of Service

1. Eligibility & Account Registration

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract. You agree to provide accurate account information and keep it up to date. You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for all activities under your account.

2. Subscriptions & Payment

Certain features require a paid subscription. Prices, billing cycles and renewal terms are disclosed at checkout. All fees are non‑refundable except as required by law or our 14‑day satisfaction guarantee. Taxes will be added where applicable. Payments are processed by Stripe; we never store full card numbers.

3. License & Acceptable Use

We grant you a limited, non‑exclusive, revocable, non‑transferable license to access the Service for your internal business purposes. You agree **not** to:

• Copy, modify, reverse‑engineer or create derivative works of the Service;
• Upload viruses, spam, unlawful or infringing content;
• Use the Service to violate any law or third‑party right;
• Attempt to access data of other users without permission.

4. Third‑Party Integrations (Google APIs)

Connecting your Google account is optional. When you do so, you grant us the scopes listed in the consent screen (`gmail.readonly`, `gmail.send`, `gmail.labels`, `calendar.events`, `calendar.calendarlist.readonly`, `userinfo.email`). We will access and use that data only as described in the Privacy Policy and Google's API Services User Data Policy.

5. Intellectual Property

All content and software associated with the Service are owned by Claim Compass LLC or its licensors and are protected by copyright and other laws. Trademarks, logos and service marks may not be used without our prior written consent.

6. Termination

You may terminate at any time via **Settings → Account → Delete**. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or if required by law. Upon termination all licenses end and your data will be deleted as described in the Privacy Policy.

7. Disclaimers

The Service is provided **"as is"** and **"as available"**. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non‑infringement. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted or error‑free.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claims arising out of or related to the Service will not exceed the greater of (i) US \$200 or (ii) the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are **not** liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages.

9. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Claim Compass CRM and its officers, directors and employees from any claims or damages arising out of your use of the Service, your breach of these Terms or your violation of any law or third‑party right.

10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to conflict‑of‑law rules. Any dispute shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Orange County, Florida. You waive any objection to venue.

11. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms by posting the revised version and updating the "Last updated" date. Material changes will be announced by email or in‑app notification at least 30 days before they take effect. Your continued use constitutes acceptance.
